MISSION STATEMENT

North Coast Entertainment Industry Association Mission Statement:

NCEIA’s aim is to provide a platform within our region’s, (Bellingen to the Lower Tweed), music industry that acts as a vehicle that helps to grow original music in our area. We seek to strengthen the industry by building connections amongst our extensive music community.

At the core of NCEIA is a strong belief that music plays an integral role in connecting and supporting our diverse community, and impacts positively on individuals, both artists and audiences, by framing our cultural identity.

Our goal is to maintain a yearly NCEIA Dolphin Music Awards that encourages and supports the creation of original music within our communities. These iconic awards help our outstanding musicians greatly by offering industry recognition and incentives and a valuable platform to showcase their hard work to a wider audience.

AIMS

The NCEIA Dolphin Music Awards are an annual iconic local music event, organised by the North Coast Entertainment Industry Association (NCEIA).

• To encourage developing musicians in this region
• To acknowledge this areas talented musicians at our major event, the NCEIA Dolphin Music Awards
• Create performance opportunities for members

The North Coast Entertainment Industry Association was formed in 1991 by a number of enthusiastic musicians with the goal of promoting and celebrating the regions.
